Durham

Bull City

Durham is known for being the home of Duke University, the Durham Bulls, and a crucial part of the Research Triangle Park (RTP). The historic downtown has recently been converted into a revitalized modern hub for shopping and business. The converted historic tobacco buildings in Brightleaf Square preside over this new downtown.

Durham is also home to the Eno river, North Carolina Central University, and the American Dance Festival. Durham is a center for musical, art, and athletic success. The nationally known Scrap Center is innovative in its approach to art, Merge Records is known for signing popular musical artists, and Cameron Indoor Stadium is recognized for its loyal and dedicated basketball fans.
